All outdoor activities for today, August 18th, are on as scheduled. Please make sure everyone stays well hydrated and takes breaks as needed! We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding this week as we get this season underway!

Thank you to everyone who came out for our 3rd Annual 5k/kayak race this past Saturday. It was a great day of fun for our community and friends. Congratulations to all the race winners and we hope to see even more participants next year.

Due to the area being under a Heat Advisory, all Walton County Parks & Recreation outdoor activities scheduled for today, August 17th , are postponed. This includes practices that are held off-site. Volleyball games are still on as scheduled. All updates on the rescheduling of games will be relayed to coaches later. Thank you for your understanding, and please stay safe, hydrated and cool!

The Splash Park will be open today for our normal hours of operation which is 4:00-600pm.
