That wall-split video took off, so here is the tutorial you asked for!
These four wall-split support levels allow you to practice according to your current flexibility, balance, and comfort:
1. Hands on the floor
2. Hands elevated
3. Chair-supported
4. Forearm variation
Start with the option that gives you the most control. Keep your standing foot grounded, engage your core, square your hips as much as comfortably possible, and raise the lifted leg gradually. Flexibility develops through consistent, controlled practice, not by forcing your body into its deepest position.
Which level are you trying first?
Practice near a stable wall, use a sturdy chair, and stop if you experience sharp pain, numbness, or dizziness.
