Our first practice back after our trip to Mobile was all about getting back to the basics! We sharpened our foundational skills, cheered on our newer skaters, and proved once again that the best practices are the ones filled with hard work, encouragement, and plenty of laughs!

We love our newbie-focused practices because the truth is, the basics NEVER stop being important. Every skater, no matter their experience, gets stronger by building on the fundamentals together!

The Lethal Ladies are loading up, lacing up, and hitting the road to Mobile, Alabama for an action-packed showdown with Mobile Bay Roller Derby! We’ve been training hard, pushing each other every step of the way, and we’re more than ready to leave it all on the track!
