Texas Medical Fitness was started in 2004 to help others live their happiest, healthiest lives. It is our mission to help you live with health, youthfulness, confidence and joy! We are Certified Medical Exercise Specialists, Certified Cancer Exercise Specialists, and Certified Nutrition Specialists. We offer individual and group personal training, medical exercise programs, and virtual fitness classes.
