After spending the week on the field with our players, Coach Dean and Sam with DS Sports Coaching joined us live to share their reflections, answer questions, and offer a glimpse into what it really takes to reach the next level. 🚀
One of the most meaningful moments of the evening was hearing them talk about our players. They shared how coachable, eager to learn, and committed they were, and that they witnessed more growth in one week than they often see over a much longer period 🙌
They were also incredibly impressed by how respectful our players are. That doesn’t happen by accident. At Propel, we believe in developing the person before the player. Character, humility, respect, and a willingness to learn are part of our culture. Thank you, parents and coaches for instilling those values in our players! ❤️
Families also got an inside look at academy football in London, what scouts are truly looking for, and why the most important years of development happen long before age 14. 📈
The message was clear. The path to high level soccer is not built by simply playing more games. It is built through technical ball mastery, quality coaching, intentional training, and a willingness to learn every single day.💯

What an incredible week with DS Sports Coaching at the UK Development Camp! 🇬🇧⚽️
This week wasn’t just about soccer. It was about growth 📈
Every single one of our Pre Academy players took a huge step forward.
