Five years ago, three Reiki teachers sat down with a dream…

Today, we get to share that dream with the world.

I’m so honored to be a guest on the Reiki Lifestyle Podcast alongside my incredible friends and co-creators, Chellie Kammermeyer and April Walker, as we celebrate the release of the official ICRT Kid Reiki program.

I started my day at 5:45 AM when the Kid Reiki Team was interviewed in Korea and China. We had 170 participants. I love that people are excited about this beautiful energy across the globe. Their questions, enthusiasm, and sharing made my day. ♡

A flower does not force itself open.
It softens toward the light and unfolds in its own time.

It’s chilly and cloudy outside today… the perfect kind of day to settle into a warm, peaceful space and let yourself fully exhale.

This afternoon we’ll gather for a deeply restorative sound and Reiki experience with crystal singing bowls, gong, and guided stillness designed to calm the nervous system and nourish the spirit.
