🍂🥊 FALL BACK INTO THE FIGHT

Back to you.
Back to your routine.
Back to feeling strong.
Back to doing something for yourself.

This September, we’re challenging our TNT crew to NO ZERO SEPTEMBER 💥

The goal: 12 classes. One consistent month.

Grab a sticker every time you show up — and earn different colored stickers when you:
🥊 Take a class outside your normal routine
🤝 Partner with someone new
🔥 Stay after for a 3-minute bonus round

But this challenge isn’t about who can collect the most stickers.

It’s about showing up consistently.
Finding a different class when your normal time doesn’t work.
Putting in a little extra when you can. Getting back into a routine that makes you feel strong.

September isn’t about being perfect. It’s about refusing to let the week hit zero.

Get back to YOU. Today. Not Tomorrow. 🥊

THIS ONE IS ABOUT MORE THAN A PR. 🔔🥊

Last week Stacey turned 58.

Then she walked into boxing and absolutely BLEW her previous best out of the water — highest score ever. More punches. More force. More everything.

But the number on the screen isn’t the best part.

I’ve known Stacey through fitness for probably 12–15 years — before TNT, before I had a place of my own, all the way back to the old-school punch-to-the-beat, water-bag kickboxing days. 😂

Back then, Stacey would tell you herself: she was a follower.

She came with a friend. Trained with a friend. Let someone else lead the way. She never really saw herself as the strong one.

I can still remember counting down rounds and telling her:

“Stacey… FIVE is not the new ZERO.” 😂

Because when I hit five, she was DONE.

Now?

Tell her there are five seconds left and WATCH OUT.

That’s when she finds another gear.

And I’ve watched that same change happen in Fighter Fit.

“I use these weights.”
“I don’t know if I can do that…”

became:

“Let me try the heavier one.”

Sometimes she surprises herself. Sometimes she finds something she can’t do yet and works toward it.

But she tries.

And somewhere along the way, the woman who always saw herself as the follower became one of the people leading this community.

Not because she needs to be in front — but because of who she is when nobody is asking.

Someone new walks through our doors? Stacey introduces herself. Welcomes them. Tells them they’re going to love it here.

When they come back?

She remembers them.

She makes people feel like they belong.

At 58, she’s stronger, more confident, more competitive, still setting goals and still discovering what she’s capable of.

She has become the example she once looked to other people to be.

So yeah, Stace…

Ring that damn bell. 🔔

Because that PR represents a whole lot more than punches on a screen.

From follower → to fighter → to one of the people who makes TNT feel like TNT.

Happy 58th, Stace.

And apparently…

5 is definitely NOT the new 0 anymore. 😉🥊🔥

We all walk through these doors carrying something.

Sometimes it’s the weight on the bar.
Sometimes it’s the bag you’re about to hit.
And sometimes it has absolutely nothing to do with either one.

A hard week. A long day. Stress. Doubt. Life.

And somewhere between the rounds, the reps, the sweat and the people beside you…
it gets a little lighter.

Because this place has never just been about lifting weights.

It’s about lifting your energy.
Lifting your confidence.
Lifting your mood.

And maybe most importantly — lifting each other.

Some days you walk through the door needing the people around you.
Other days, you ARE the person somebody else needed to see walk through that door.

That’s community.

The strongest people in this gym aren’t necessarily the ones who lift the most or hit the hardest.

They’re the ones who keep showing up.
For themselves.
And for each other.

Heavy weights. Heavy bags. Lighter load.

Stronger together. ❤️‍🔥🥊

REDNECKS & RODEOS. 🤠🥊
Can we get a HELL YEAH?!

Y’all understood the assignment.
You dressed the part.
You showed up.
You threw DOWN.

And as you can clearly see…
absolutely NO fun was had. 😂

🤠 8 rounds
🥊 A whole lotta fight
🍻 Zero dignity
🔥 100% commitment to the bit

YEE-FREAKIN’-HAW.
Another Summer Battle in the books. ❤️

ONE MORE TO GO.
Final Summer Battle — this Saturday.
⚪️ WHITE OUT vs TIE-DYE 🌈
Coaches Tarin + Katelyn.

And yes… tie-dyeing shirts after class. Because apparently we’re ending this thing like summer camp.

08/03/2026

😂When the coaches commit hardest!

The music changes.
The themes change.
The community doesn’t.

That’s what makes TNT different.
Another fun Saturday of sweat & smiles.
(yes, Emo girls can smile too.)

See you Saturday on the bags for more themes, and summer fun!

Coach Emily’s debut class. 🔥

What a way to kick things off.

A full house.
Waitlist.
High energy.
Hard work.
Even bigger encouragement.

Today wasn’t just about Em teaching her first class—it was about watching a room full of people from every age, every fitness level, and every walk of life show up for each other.

From the sidelines, I got to watch high-fives, fist bumps, people pushing through one more round, and a gym full of members making someone else’s first class as a coach feel like home.

🥊Emily… you absolutely crushed it. We couldn’t be more proud.💥

If you missed today, don’t worry—you’ll be seeing Coach Emily on the schedule again soon. Trust us… you won’t want to miss it. 🥊❤️

Stronger Together.

Not every workout should train everything.

That’s by design.

This week in Dynamite, we intentionally shifted toward higher volume, movement quality, and conditioning
while FighterFit takes the lead on heavy strength and mobility.

Because strength isn’t just built under a heavy bar.

Sometimes it’s built by moving well… over and over again.

That’s why we used 40 seconds on / 20 seconds off instead of assigning reps.

When people see “15 reps,” it’s easy to start counting down and mentally slowing before the work is finished. A timer changes that. It keeps you moving, keeps your pace honest, and lets your effort—not the number—dictate the work.

Throughout the workout, we kept coming back to one concept:

Triple extension.

Whether it was Devil’s Presses, Goblet Cleans, or KB Power Stairs, the goal was the same—generate power from the ground up through the ankles, knees, and hips instead of pulling with your back.

Even the partner Alex Kanellis iso clean wasn’t about fatigue.

It was about learning to create tension, own strong positions, and stay connected through the entire body before producing force.

Every piece had a purpose.

Build the engine.

Move better.

Then take that strength into FighterFit and let it shine.

✨ And boy did this group shine with that strength!
Just wait to see the transfer into their squats.🔥😍

Different workouts. One system.

Wear anything but gym clothes was the theme, I think they got the memo 😂
