Gravity Gymnastics is a fitness and gymnastics school for children, ages 1 to 12.

Our objective is to provide a holistic approach; by incorporating body, mind, and spirit, we prepare each child for a lifetime of personal success and achievement. Gravity Gymnastics is a gymnastics school for children ages 4 months to 12 years of age. We offer programs for all ages and interests including Gymnastics Classes, Camps, After Care, Ninja sport, Mornings of Discovery, and Open Play.

Cardio raises the heart rate, increases blood flow to working muscles, and prepares the body for the explosive movements gymnastics demands. A proper warm-up helps athletes move more efficiently, perform at a higher level, and reduce the risk of injury before they ever step onto an event.

Our little gymnasts loved celebrating with this USA-themed strength station, where they pulled a rope to raise the American flag. While it looks like fun, this activity helps strengthen their grip, arms, shoulders, and core while improving coordination and bilateral motor skills.
At Gravity, even the simplest stations are designed with a purpose—building strong, confident movers through play. ⭐

Today’s Drill vs. Skill features heel drives and handstand flatbacks—two foundational drills that help gymnasts build the power, body position, and technique needed for stronger, more consistent skills.

Warming up isn’t just about getting moving—it’s about preparing young bodies for success.
Our warm-up activities are designed to:
