Jamaica Hi-5 5K Run/Walk

Saturday morning workout with Coach Barclay was a full session that pushed us to beyond our comfort zone.

Our Sunday Morning Crew at Volunteer Park wished our Birthday Queen, Frances a Happy Birthday with healthy snacks: banana nut bread, fruits and juices. Great games were played, and a good times was had by all. Thanks for coming out again CG. 😎❤️🏓

A truly rewarding moment as members of the Jamaica Hi5 Foundation delivered much-needed medical equipment to the Barrett Town Health Centre in Jamaica, one of six clinics adopted by the Foundation. Thanks to funds raised through the Jamaica Hi5 5K Reggae Run, we continue to make a meaningful difference in our communities.
