Instructor shoutout of the week📣
Lee is a certified SPIN instructor and NASM personal trainer. He enjoys leading both fun and challenging classes with an array of classic rock, particularly 80s pop and hair metal hits. He began spin classes as a way to include his dreaded cardio work into his weightlifting workouts in a fun and enjoyable way.
Lee is also the Town Manager of Rosemary Beach and an active volunteer in the South Walton
