What a week! Our team came together at the stunning Fontainebleau in Las Vegas for our annual Summit — three days packed with training, culture, and connection across 24 Hour Fitness.

From high-energy breakout sessions to real conversations about what it means to lead with purpose, this Summit reminded us why our culture is one of our biggest strengths. It's built by the people in this room, and it shows up in every club, every single day.
