Mission:
To provide a broad-based opportunity for the citizens of Minot and its visitors to enhance their quality of life through its parks and recreation

The Minot Park District is the unit of the Minot, North Dakota municipal government responsible for maintaining city parks. The District is managed by a board of five directors elected by city voters to four year terms. The district also serves as the local forestry service, trimming and planting trees across the city. Through its efforts, Minot became a Tree City USA in 1992.

πŸ“£ Reminder

🌳 Crews will be in Oak Park removing 20 ash trees that are in poor condition as part of an EAB (Emerald Ash Borer) Mitigation Grant from the North Dakota State Forest Service that we received. After removal is complete, they will be planting 40 new trees in their place to help grow Oak Park for the future!

🏐 4th & 5th Grade Youth Volleyball!

Crews started making their way out to schools last week to deliver Youth Volleyball information, and some schools may be receiving their packets today or early this week! The program is offered through Minot Parks, with teams organized by participating schools.

Grades: 4th & 5th
