Anyone have any BIG plans for this Saturday night?? Why not come to the Cinco de Mayo ZUMBA class in Berthold! Join me, Amy Hanson Harris, and Christina J. Christensen from 4:00-5:30 at the Berthold school. The class is FREE and the party doesn't stop there. After class we will be having food and drinks (again, free!) in downtown Berthold. Anyone wanting to carpool, I will be leaving Behm's truckstop at 1:30 (have to go early to decorate). You don't want to miss it!

A huge thanks to everyone who came out to Bricks last night for the Minot Rising Zumba Party with Riva. We met our goal and couldn't be more thrilled!! We truly live in a 'Magic City'!

Special guest instructor, Riva Hevia (official Zumba Jammer), will be coming all the way from the state of WA to shake it with us. Mark your calendars - you don't want to miss out on all the fun!!

Spring session of Zumbatomic begins tomorrow morning at Maysa Arena from 9:15-10:00. Bring the kids over to burn some energy and have some dancin' fun. There will also be a FREE Yoga for Kids class immediately following class so plan to stay for that too! See you tomorrow!

Zumbatomic (Zumba for kids) tomorrow morning (Saturday, March 19th) from 9:15-10:00 at Maysa Arena - don't miss out on all the fun!!

Bring your kids down to Maysa Arena this Saturday, March 12 from 9:00-10:30 for fun and fitness to benefit Minot's Food Pantry! We will start out with 45 minutes of Zumbatomic then 45 minutes of yoga for kids. The cost for both classes is only one non-perishable food item that will be donated to Minot's Food Pantry. What a great way to try out both classes while supporting your community!
