They place their trust in the people who respond.
Every interaction, every conversation, and every patient encounter is an opportunity to
strengthen that trust. We are grateful for the confidence the people of Minnesota Lake continue
to place in our team

🇺🇸 25 YEARS LATER — WE STILL REMEMBER. 🇺🇸

September 11, 2001, changed countless lives forever.

Today, our hearts are especially with the families who lost someone they loved. Parents who lost children. Children who grew up without a parent. Husbands and wives who were left with an empty seat at the table. Brothers, sisters, friends, and loved ones who have carried an absence that can never truly be filled.

Behind every name was a person who was loved, who had a story, a family, dreams, laughter, and a life that mattered.
25 years later, their names still matter. Their stories still matter. Their families still matter. And their memories will never be forgotten.

We also pause to remember the brave men and women who ran toward the devastation — firefighters, police officers, EMTs, paramedics, military members, medical professionals, and countless ordinary people who became heroes simply by choosing to help.

Some rescued.
Some carried strangers to safety.
Some provided comfort.
Some searched for the missing.
Some never came home.

To every person who helped, served, sacrificed, or stood beside someone in their darkest moment — thank you.
And to the families who have carried this loss for 25 years:
We remember your loved ones.
We honor their lives.
We recognize your loss.
And we hold you in our hearts.

May we never allow the years to make us forget.
May we continue to tell their stories, speak their names, cherish our loved ones, and choose kindness whenever we can.
Because they were more than a number.

They were someone's everything.

🇺🇸 This Labor Day, We Remember What It’s All About. 🇺🇸
Labor Day is more than a long weekend. It’s a day to recognize the hard work, dedication, and sacrifices of the people who built our communities and continue to keep them strong.
From farmers and factory workers to healthcare professionals, first responders, tradespeople, teachers, small business owners, and countless others — our communities depend on people who are willing to show up, work hard, and serve others.
Today, we honor those who came before us, those who serve today, and those who will carry that spirit forward.
Never forget that the strength of a community comes from the people willing to work for it. ❤️💙

When someone calls for an ambulance, they invite us into their home and into a very personal
moment of their life.
While we often remember the people we care for, we also understand the importance of
privacy and dignity. Every patient deserves to know they will be treated with respect,
compassion, and confidentiality from the moment we arrive until their care is complete.

🚑🧼 She got a bath today!

After this weekend’s training, the mud had moved in, changed the locks, and started forwarding its mail to the ambulance. 😂

She’s clean... And the unwanted tenant has been evicted for approximately 12 minutes.🤣🚑

One of the greatest responsibilities we have is earning the trust of our community. Every time
someone calls 911, they are placing their confidence in complete strangers during one of the
most vulnerable moments of their lives.
At Minnesota Lake Ambulance, we never take that trust for granted. We strive to earn it every
day through professionalism, compassion, and respect.
