Youth from were natural sailors! Navigating 15 knots of wind while on your first sailboat is an impressive feat 💪⛵
Our mission is to foster an inclusive, sustainable community and to teach sailing to all. Minneapolis Sailing Center is a non-profit 501(c)(3) sailing school.
MSC was founded in 1989 by parents from the Calhoun Yacht Club who wanted a formal program for their children to learn to sail and to introduce the sport to others in the area. MSC has grown to one of the largest sailing schools in the U.S.

Project Success connects students to their purpose through a proven method of experiential learning called DIG – Dream. Ignite. Grow.
They got to put the DIG method into action during Project Success' recent visit to MSC. Young people got to do hands-on learning about the points of sail, how a tiller steers the boat and even got to jump off the boat to swim!
