I didn’t originally start Klass. I fell in love with it first.

I walked in not really knowing anyone or what to expect. It didn’t take long to fall in love with the energy and the people in the room. I kept coming back, and it stopped being just a workout pretty fast.

What made it stick? The judgement-free, come-as-you-are feeling made me feel like I belonged immediately. It became something I looked forward to every week, not just a class to check off. The community and friendships I built here are what really changed things for me.

Every class we teach, every decision we make, comes back to that same community-first, judgement-free energy. That’s what Klass is. That’s what this Krew is all about. That’s what it’ll always be.
