The 5K race/walk will follow a course around Lake Nokomis in South Minneapolis. This fast and flat course is USATF certified. It produced three new Minnesota age records in 2010. Entry Fees
$23.00 registration ($20 for USATF Minnesota members)
$30.00 race day registration for everyone. Fee includes technical shirt.
