Slowly easing back into work, loving all my snuggles with 8 week old Charlotte 💖, continuing to organize the new home! So grateful for all of these days!!

How it started… how it’s going… now I can’t wait to put our stuff in 🤭 here is our living room! So proud of my entire family for painting & refinishing the floors 💖 So excited to show the finished product and all the other rooms ✨

I just got cleared!

I’m cleared to start working out. Which does not mean I’m going to go run a 5K tomorrow. It means I can start moving my body again. Slowly. On my own terms!

I own a fitness studio. I haven’t worked out in 7 weeks. I’ve watched other women move their bodies every single day and I’ve been on my couch healing from surgery. And I’m not going to pretend that’s been easy. It hasn’t. But I did it the right way!

First workout is happening this week! I cannot wait to get back in that room! 🤗 And if you’ve been waiting to come back to movement after a break — same. We’re doing it together!! 🙌

WE BOUGHT A HOUSE! 🏡 we are so excited! We already started painting the entire upstairs and next on the list is refinishing the floors! Don’t you worry I’ll be giving yall before and after 🤗 Can you guess which one Charlottes room is going be?!
