Our Back Parking Lot Sign has been missing for a year and a half so someone ripped it off and threw it in somebody’s yard, and the people finally found it laying in their yard and leaned up against their garage & I saw it there and re-patriotized it to its proper place I put it back up with metal zip ties so hopefully it stays there now….

So as everyone knows I was vandalized by hoodlums last year and if anybody wants to help contribute to the new air conditioner, I had to replace because the other one was destroyed.. no worries either way Venmo is … we are just a small business that has been around forever and it’s really sad that we were taken advantage of…

I wanted to thank Andrew K. For helping patch the hole that I had to remove the ductwork on the outside of the building because some horrible person got up on my roof and destroyed the air conditioning last year. What is wrong with people? They got what $15 worth of copper they got up on the roof four different times to complete the job and left a mess.. gotta go shopping for A/C units now …7/2/26(just ordered the air conditioning unit. It should be here within a week and then I gotta get Stretch to help me install it.) got the next step the mounting bracket ready to go and I’m just waiting for the air-conditioning unit to be delivered to Home Depot.
