From Spokane, Washington, standing 5’6” and weighing 185 pounds, the “Iced-Out Knockout” Avery Hurts comes to Showcase of Champions XI with championship gold on his shoulder and a résumé that continues to grow at a rapid pace.

Hurts made his professional wrestling debut on May 20, 2022, for Future Great Wrestling in Hamilton, Ohio. In just four years, he has already competed in more than 13 states across the country, quickly establishing himself as a name to watch wherever he goes.

Trained by Cody Hawk, the renowned trainer who helped develop stars such as Jon Moxley and LA Knight, Hurts captured his first championship just six months into his career, winning the Wrestle Arts Triple Threat Championship in November 2022.

And that was only the beginning.

Avery has developed a reputation for excelling in the cruiserweight and junior heavyweight divisions, becoming the inaugural Cruiserweight Champion for promotions in two different states and capturing more than four Cruiserweight Championships across three states.

His championship résumé includes the Wrestle Arts Triple Threat Championship, Cincinnati Wrestling Cruiserweight Championship, WFW Tag Team Championship, 4Ever Pro Junior Heavyweight Championship, JICW Openweight Championship, Battle on the Border Zero Gravity Championship, New Edge Pro Elevation Championship, and Wrestling For A Cure Cruiserweight Championship.

Along the way, Avery has tested himself against notable opponents including Carson Drake, Jack Vaughn, and Jeffrey John, adding even more experience to an already impressive first four years inside the squared circle.

Now Avery arrives at Legacy Pro Wrestling Presents: Showcase of Champions XI carrying TWO championships as the reigning New Edge Pro Elevation Champion and Wrestling For A Cure Cruiserweight Champion.

From Chicago, Illinois, standing 5’7” and weighing 187 pounds, Matt “The Money” Cage comes to Showcase of Champions XI representing BLK XLNS and bringing a résumé built over years of competing against some of the very best professional wrestling has to offer.

And he isn’t arriving empty-handed.

Cage currently reigns as the ZERO1 USA World Junior Heavyweight Champion and one-half of the ZOWA Tag Team Champions, adding even more gold to an already accomplished career.

Throughout his time in professional wrestling, Cage has scored notable victories over an incredible list of competitors, including Chris Hero, Mustafa Ali, Chris Sabin, Johnny Gargano, Zach Gowen, Ricochet, and Buff Bagwell. From established veterans to competitors who would go on to perform on wrestling’s biggest stages, Cage has repeatedly shown that when the bell rings, he can compete with—and defeat—the best.

But Cage’s impact extends beyond what he has accomplished between the ropes.

In 2015, Cage publicly came out as gay, sharing his story after years of feeling as though he had to hide a part of himself. His decision to live openly and authentically became bigger than professional wrestling, offering encouragement to others who may have been struggling with the same fears of rejection and acceptance.

His message was simple but powerful: no one should have to hide who they are.

More than a decade later, Cage continues to represent that authenticity while doing what he loves—traveling, competing, winning championships, and entertaining professional wrestling fans.

Individually, “The Puerto Rican Sweetheart” Money Miguel and Asher Kade have already begun building impressive résumés throughout the Midwest. Together, they have proven to be a championship combination, defeating the Brotherhood of Wrestling to capture the Legacy Pro Wrestling Tag Team Championships.

Money Miguel brings experience, charisma, and a growing collection of accolades to the team. A former WCPW Tag Team Champion, Doghouse Wrestling Warrior Pride Champion, and the first-ever House of Headlocks Social Media Champion, Miguel has also tested himself against nationally recognized competitors including Danhausen, JDX, and Rampage Santana.

Despite only making his professional wrestling debut in January 2025, Asher Kade has quickly established himself as a championship-caliber competitor. In addition to his Legacy Pro gold alongside Miguel, Kade currently holds both the RCCW and EWA Tag Team Championships with Gavin Parker, giving him the distinction of entering Showcase of Champions XI as a champion across three promotions.

Standing 6’0” and weighing 213 pounds, the New Orleans native has built a reputation across the Midwest as both “The Freakshow Killer” and “The Main Attraction.” His unique presence and relentless style have made him one of the most respected competitors on the independent wrestling scene.

Salem has shared the ring with some of the biggest names in the industry, including TNA Wrestling’s Nic Nemeth, former WWE Superstar Donovan Dijak, and current WWE Superstar Baron Corbin, proving he belongs among wrestling’s elite.

His greatest triumph came under deeply emotional circumstances. Just two weeks after the passing of his father, Salem captured the HWE Heavyweight Championship on Father’s Day, turning unimaginable heartbreak into championship glory and honoring his father’s legacy in the most meaningful way possible.

That following January, he capitalized on that opportunity by defeating JPH to become the Legacy Pro Wrestling Heavyweight Champion.

Since capturing the gold, Silky has proven his reign is no fluke. The Purple Prince of Pain has successfully defended his championship against a stacked lineup of challengers, including Isaiah Snow, Redus Atlas, Lennox Leone, Da Cobra, and James Fury, establishing himself as one of the most dominant champions in Legacy Pro Wrestling today.
