When iLABS expanded its cleanroom manufacturing operations, Rite-Hite helped identify the right solution for maintaining critical environmental control. Five ISO-Clean™ Glider Doors were installed throughout the facility's Class 10,000 (ISO 7) cleanroom, helping maintain negative air pressure and reliable environmental separation in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment.

Equipped with SmartSeal™ technology, the doors continuously monitor panel torque to provide real-time visibility into cleanroom seal integrity through an intuitive touchscreen interface. The result is dependable air pressure control, enhanced product protection, improved employee safety, and a scalable solution that can grow alongside production demands.

Discover how iLABS is using ISO-Clean™ Glider Doors to support cleanroom performance and regulatory compliance by reading the full case study.

Thank you to iLABS (Innovation Labs) Inc. for partnering with Rite-Hite on our ISO-Clean™ Doors customer success story.

To celebrate the release of the newly redesigned case study, John Amodeo, New Equipment Representative, presented the iLABS team with a framed printed copy recognizing this successful collaboration.

Shape your space to your operational needs.

Zoneworks® industrial curtain walls do much more than divide space. They provide a flexible solution for improving warehouse and manufacturing environments by helping facilities:

• Control temperatures between work areas
• Contain dust and airborne contaminants
• Reduce noise in production spaces
• Isolate washdown areas

Unlike permanent walls, Zoneworks systems install quickly, can be reconfigured as your operation evolves and are customized to fit your facility's unique requirements.

Whether you're looking to improve environmental control, increase operational efficiency or create safer workspaces, industrial curtain walls offer a versatile solution that adapts with your business.

☀️ This summer, every door cycle matters.

Every second an exterior door stays open is another opportunity for conditioned air to escape and hot, humid air to enter your facility. Over hundreds of daily cycles, that extra time can increase HVAC demand, impact employee comfort and add unnecessary energy costs.

High-performance rigid security doors help minimize air exchange by opening and closing quickly, helping facilities maintain conditioned environments while supporting efficient operations.

Raptor Rigid™ Security Doors give busy exterior openings the efficiency of a high-performance door with the security of a rigid door. They open at up to 80 inches per second and can close automatically after each cycle, helping limit the escape of conditioned air while keeping operations moving.

See how faster door performance can help improve energy efficiency without compromising security.

Many facilities invest in efficient lighting, HVAC systems and automation. But one major source of energy waste is often overlooked: the loading dock.

Gaps around dock doors, levelers and trailers can let conditioned air escape, causing HVAC systems to work harder. The result? Higher energy costs, inconsistent indoor temperatures and less comfortable working conditions.

The good news is that improving dock energy efficiency doesn't have to slow down operations. Better sealing, smarter dock design and simple operational improvements can help reduce energy waste, support sustainability goals and deliver a stronger return on investment.

Design Steps To Lowers Energy Costs:

1️⃣ Tighter sealing and airflow control
2️⃣ Smarter dock design for reduced energy loss
3️⃣ Scheduling, technology and idle reduction
4️⃣ The ROI of sustainable dock design choices

What steps has your facility taken to improve energy efficiency at the loading dock?

When a fault alert occurs at your loading dock, diagnosing the issue sometimes adds more downtime to operations than simply resolving the error.

Troubleshooting at the dock should be clear and immediate, though.

Most loading dock systems will notify operators when a fault happens. A smart control sequence takes it a step further by helping users understand what happened and communicating next steps right from the control box.

That saves time and confusion while helping prevent future errors.

Dok-Commander® Pro gives operators clear on-screen diagnostics with guided corrective actions.

Learn how user-focused controls can help prevent downtime at the dock.
