Quality time and being present is our focus in all that we’re doing - even chores…!

Reminding ourselves to be “present over perfect” for sure.

It often seems like the horses compete to see who can be the most mischievous… lately little Vienna has definitely been winning the contest!

In our Self-confidence Boost camp this summer, we learned tips from all the horses!
The horses are each such great role models in their own specific ways.

As the kids learned how to be caring horse leaders, they also practiced skills that will help them at home, in school, with sports and friends and in all life situations!

We welcomed Royals Daycare this summer for their second visit! The focus this time was a hands on, grounding, learning, self-esteem building horse experience.

The kids did a great job caring for and leading the horses and they enjoyed a quick ride at the end of their visit too! So fun to see all the horse love and bonding!

Anyone up for some “Ninja Warrior at the Horse Barn” this Friday 7/24?

We still have openings for this Friday’s Ninja Camp from 10-2. It’s a great way to enjoy a summer day and boost confidence too!

Our ninja camps, private sessions and open play times have been such a hit - with all skill levels - that we continue to add more options!

Here’s the latest list of dates - please reserve your spots in advance:

—Friday, 7/24 - Ninja Camp from 10-2 ($70) - let us know if we should save a spot for you!

—Open Ninja Course Play - Tuesdays and Thursdays in July and August from 3-5 pm -Register for your time slots ($15/hour)

—Wednesday, 8/5 - Ninja Camp from 1:30-5:30 ($70)

—Friday, 8/7 - Ninja Camp from 2-6 pm ($70)

—Open Ninja Course Play - Saturdays, 8/8 and 8/15 from 9-12 -Register for your time slots ($15/hour)

—Private session options ($50/hour for 1-2 kids) - ask about open days/time slots that work for you! These are for all skill levels, and are especially great for competitive athletes.

Horse hugs with Cruz (and all the horses!) are always extra special. As a former working ranch horse, hugs were a new concept for Cruz when he came to our barn. But he is embracing the idea well these days - as you can see!

Vienna - our 1 year old - was officially initiated into “horse camp life” this past week when she got her first horse camp hair braid. 😄

So - much - horse - fun - every - single - day - this summer!

The lack of posts lately is only because we are having too much horse fun to have any time to send updates!

So many meaningful connections and moments that blow me away…

We love seeing and hearing all the joy and gratitude our visitors keep expressing. And we love seeing the special, unique relationship that develops between each horse and each person they get to meet.

We loved celebrating Charlotte’s birthday with our horses!!

This was a much anticipated event! And as you can see, she is a professional! :)
