I see these blue workout stations at every park I go to. I want to make a series of workouts on these blue monstrosities to show you don’t need a gym to workout. Be resourceful, relentless and grind. Every time I see one I have to do at least 10+ pull ups & 10 + dips.

Who can say that they did yoga & meditation with Gurudev Sri Sri wait for it……
In front of the Lincoln Memorial!
Just to put this level of magnanimity into perspective, MLK made his famous “I Have A Dream”speech in this exact area.
Epic morning and such a beautiful grounding experience.
