Ascent Combat is the new sister gym of Zero to 100 fitness & MMA. Ascent Combat is a "community min Youth MMA. Cardiostrike Kickboxing
Boxing Fundamentals.
ASCENT Combat is a community program/gym dedicated to providing quality yet affordable Martial arts and Fitness programming to the Hillside, Brownsville and Historic Downtown area. ASCENT Combat will be an extension of the Zero to 100 fitness & MMA which has provided Functional Fitness and Mixed Martial Arts(MMA) classes on the near west side area for the past 6 years.
