The gym will be closed for evening classes on September 2nd thru 7th, and also for the 5:30am class on Friday, September 4th.

NEED DAYTIME CLASSES? WE'VE GOT YOU!
Beginning May 19th we are adding 3 day time classes to our schedule to accommodate people that want to train in the mornings after a night shift, or prefer a daytime offering to keep evening time with the family. The daytime schedule will be as follows:
Tuesdays: 8:30am to 9:30am
Wednesdays: 8:30am to 9:30am
Thursdays: 8:30am to 9:30am
Fridays: 5:30am to 6:30am (Early risers)
New signups between now and the end of May are 10% off! What are you waiting for? Come train with the best!
