✨ Nearly everyone who considers Yoga Teacher Training has hesitations.

Fear of speaking in front of a room.
Fear of forgetting what comes next.

Those hesitations aren’t necessarily signs that teacher training isn’t the right path. Often, they’re where the work begins.

🌅 SUMMER SEND-OFF: HIKE + YOGA AT THE BEACH

Let’s soak up one more beautiful summer evening together.

We’ll hike through the forest to Meadowdale Beach, then Melissa will lead an all-levels yoga practice by the water—timed perfectly to end in meditation with the setting sun.
