We have several opportunities for FREE yoga this week 🙌 I’ll be teaching at the goshen library this Friday morning, Shannon will be holding a special donation based class at riverside park to support Angie & her family, and Anna V will be holding a chakra yoga sampler Sunday afternoon.

Yoga equipment doesn’t have to be the most expensive to work well. I made 12 sand bags for my studio for under $100 and they have been a huge hit with students.
You can use sand bags during practice to deepen into a stretch or place it on your belly during savasana- kind of like a weighted blanket. If you use sand bags during practice give us some fun tips 😌
