This weekend we bid farewell and best wishes to our dear teacher, and 2022 DE Alumni, Alicia Davis! 👋🏼 Alicia will be moving to Sarasota, FL to dance professionally with Azara Contemporary Ballet Company, after she completed her BFA in Ballet at University of Cincinnati's CCM.

We are SO proud of you Alicia, and your DE family can't wait to see what you can accomplish. Though we will miss your sense of humor and love of ballet, we know that you are destined for greatness! 🩰

Our team is back from an incredible experience at Julie Kay Stallcup’s Leadership League! ✨ Directors Holly Sargent Reece and Carissa Palazzolo, along with our Founder, Anne Kramer, were able to experience this in Nashville last week.

Two days of learning, collaboration, fresh ideas, and real-world tools to help our team become stronger teachers, leaders, and teammates. From teaching strategies and classroom techniques to leadership, communication, and business growth, our staff came home inspired—and ready to put it all into action! 💪🩰🤸‍♂️

We’re so proud of our team for investing in themselves so they can continue investing in our students. ❤️
