🐾 MEET THE NEWEST MEMBER OF THE EMG ELITE TEAM — LULU! 🐾

She may be small, fluffy, and still figuring out the whole “strength & speed” thing… but Lulu is already taking her new job at the gym VERY seriously. 😂

Her current responsibilities include:
🐶 Greeting athletes at the door
🐶 Inspecting every workout
🐶 Supervising recovery between sets
🐶 Providing unlimited puppy motivation
🐶 Making sure nobody skips leg day
🐶 Occasionally causing complete chaos 😂

Lulu is officially our new Director of Paws-formance and she’s already becoming part of the EMG Elite family. ❤️🖤

Don’t be surprised if she’s running the place soon.

Madi wasted no time getting to work. 💪

The day after her high school lacrosse season ended, she was back in the gym training — and she stayed consistent all summer long.

But what stood out just as much as her work ethic was her attitude. Madi brought positive energy every time she walked into the facility, and that energy was infectious to everyone around her.

Now she’s off to Smith College, where she’ll compete as a two-sport athlete in field hockey and lacrosse. 🏑🥍

We’re proud of the work she’s put in and excited to see what’s next. I know she’s going to do great things.
