During his career with OKCPD, he served as a supervisor over both the S*x Crimes Unit and the Homicide Unit, bringing with him extensive experience, training, and knowledge.

🚨WOW: On K-9 Max's very first day, his handler handed him a small blue stuffed toy. From that moment on, it never left his side. It rode in the patrol car, sat beside him during training, and was waiting for him after every shift. Officers bought him new toys over the years, but he always chose the same old one.

Twelve years later, with gray around his muzzle, Max retired carrying that same faded toy out of the station one last time.

What a great idea and accomplishment!

Today around 6:03 pm, retired Sgt. Tiffany Metzger passed away after a long battle with cancer. Sgt. Metzger served the citizens of Midwest City as a patrol officer and crime lab tech for 8 years. Sgt. Metzger was an advocate for children in every aspect and loved being a voice for them. Sgt. Metzger was with loving family when she passed away. Our agency is very thankful for The Sanders Family for all the love, support and care they provided her throughout her life. Sgt. Tiffany Metzger #180 thank you for all you have done sister.
