Teaching martial arts/Taekwondo to children, adults & families. Also, we offer the BEST Before and After School Program and Summer Camps.
All classes under our Leading Master, 8th Degree Master Dickens. We teach traditional martial arts under 9th Dan Grandmaster Dong's Advanced World Martial Arts System. We offer the following classes:
Little Tigers (for children starting at 3 years old)
Children, Adults, and Families
We provide the BEST After School Program in Chesterfield and Midlothian.
*We teach self-defense, respect, self-discipline, focus, confidence, cardio-capactiy, stress management, physical and mental fitness.

It is amazing to see the growth in technique and power students gain when going from white belt, beginner belts to advanced belts. We are so very proud of everyone who tested last Saturday! Your hard work, commitment and perseverance has definitely come through. Keep striving for that Black Belt 🥋
