TONIGHT: Our special wellness class held every other month, The Harmony Project, returns to help you achieve a sense of calm and balance.

This month's class, "The Grounding Path", is in the studio, focusing on gentle meditation and deep breathing exercises to help you let go of stress and find peace.

The class will be held this evening (Wednesday, Aug. 19) from 6:50-7:20 p.m.

As a Fitness Specialist, you’ll help create a welcoming environment for members, assist with equipment questions, lead orientations, support wellness programs, and make sure our Fitness Center stays a place where everyone feels comfortable reaching their goals.
