Meet The Great Yoga Wall! One of the unique tools we get to use right here at Midland Yoga Works!

Using straps and support from the wall, students can explore poses in a completely different way. Creating space, finding better alignment, building strength and experiencing stretches with added support.

Whether you’re working on flexibility, alignment or simply looking to experience your practice from a new perspective, The Great Yoga Wall adds a whole new dimension to your time on the mat. ✨

Midland Yoga Works’ 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is about so much more than learning how to lead a class. Over the course of the program, you’ll dive deeper into your own practice while studying movement, anatomy, alignment, breathwork, meditation, yoga philosophy and the skills that go into teaching with confidence 🧘🏼‍♀️✨

Whether you feel called to become a yoga teacher or simply want to explore yoga on a deeper level, this training was created to give you the knowledge, experience and community to do just that.

Our 2026–2027 Teacher Training begins September 18th!
