Meet the team: Rylee Miller, general manager

A Midland native and graduate of Midland Lee High School, Rylee went on to play four years of collegiate soccer and earn a Bachelor's degree in Medical Humanities from the University of Texas at San Antonio, giving her a strong foundation in health and human development.

As general manager of Athlete Quest, she combines her background in athletics, health, and organizational leadership to help build a development-focused environment for young athletes in Midland, Texas. Passionate about serving others, Rylee is excited to help build a pathway for athletes to reach their full potential — right here in West Texas.

Meet the team: Donnie Watson, head of sports performance

Donnie brings decades of experience, research-driven insight, and intentional athlete development to Athlete Quest in Midland, Texas. His background includes work with major Division I baseball programs, collaboration and research alongside world-renowned surgeons, and extensive experience applying sports science and data to performance training.

Drawing from years of building and refining his own system, Donnie delivers a thoughtful, evidence-based approach that develops resilient athletes at Athlete Quest.
