🏁 CAN-AM SPEEDWAY RECAP — CONNOR & THE 711X 🏁

Talk about a BUSY day for the 711 Racing crew!

As soon as Chris Jr’s race was over at Lebanon Valley Speedway, Connor and his part of the crew hit the road and headed straight for Can-Am Speedway to take on another round of the DIRTcar Sportsman Championship Series!

Connor would draw the 3 pill, but unfortunately, the night would start with an issue — no brakes. With timed hot laps being used for qualifying and no time to make the repair beforehand, Connor headed onto the track and did what he could, timing 6th fastest in his group.

As soon as he came off the track, the crew went right to work! 🔧 They were able to get the issue fixed and have the 711X ready to go for the heat race.

🔥 HEAT RACE
Connor would roll off 6th in the 8-lap heat with the top 5 transferring directly into the feature. He worked his way forward and crossed the line in 4th, locking himself into the 30-lap main event!

🏁 FEATURE
Start ➡️ 13th

Connor would get shuffled backward early, falling as far as 18th, but he wasn't staying there! By lap 7, he had worked his way all the way back up to 12th.

Unfortunately, things wouldn't go our way from there. Connor would get shuffled back to 17th, and after a late-race restart, he would cross the line in 21st.

Not the finish we were looking for, but considering this crew started the day at Lebanon Valley, packed up after Chris Jr’s race, raced to Can-Am, dealt with a brake issue immediately upon arrival, and STILL got Connor locked directly into the feature — we're pretty proud of the effort put in today!

LEBANON VALLEY SPEEDWAY — FEATURE RECAP

What a drive by Chris Jr at The High Banks!

Chris Jr would roll off 12th for the 50-lap feature and immediately start working his way through the field.

Unfortunately, while charging forward, Chris Jr would jump the shelf, causing some damage and a flat tire. A quick trip to the pits had the crew going to work, and Chris Jr was able to rejoin the field at the back of the pack.

Then it was time to go back to work.

🔥 Lap 17: Back up to 14th
🔥 Halfway: Cracked the TOP 10
🔥 Lap 34: Up to 6th
🔥 Lap 48 caution: Running 5th!

With just 2 laps remaining, Chris Jr would restart from 5th and unfortunately get shuffled back in the final dash to the checkered flag.

🏁 12th ➡️ trouble & a trip to the pits ➡️ back of the field ➡️ 5th with 2 to go ➡️ P8 finish!

Not quite the ending we were hoping for after that charge back through the field, but Chris Jr never gave up and fought all the way to the checkered flag!

🏁 711 RACING — TODAY IS THE DAY! 🏁

Two drivers. Two tracks. One team. One goal.

Chris Jr. is back at The High Banks of Lebanon Valley Speedway today, and with all of the qualifying completed yesterday, there’s only one thing left to do — race 50 LAPS!

Meanwhile, Connor and his half of the 711 crew are headed north to The Nasty Track of the North — Can-Am Speedway for another round of DIRTcar Sportsman Championship Series racing!

The team may be split in two different directions today, but the goal remains the same for both boys — go out there, race hard and see what the 711s can do against some pretty tough competition!

It’s going to be a busy day trying to keep up with two racecars at two different tracks, but we wouldn’t have it any other way!

A HUGE thank you to our crew for splitting up and quite literally making it possible for 711 Racing to be in two places at the same time! We couldn't do this crazy racing life without all of you.

🏁 CHRIS JR IS LOCKED IN! 🏁

Chris Jr was quickest in his group, putting the 711C on the pole for his 8-lap heat race!

When the green flag dropped, Chris Jr got a great launch coming out of turn 4 and immediately started pulling away from the field!

From there, there was no looking back!

🏁 HEAT RACE WINNER! 🏁

That win officially locks Chris Jr and the 711C into tomorrow’s 50-lap Sportsman feature at Lebanon Valley Speedway!

Qualifying is DONE — now it’s time to get the 711C ready for 50 laps around The High Banks tomorrow!

Great job, Chris Jr and the entire 711 Racing crew!

🏁 711 RACING — IT’S RACE DAY! 🏁

It’s Friday race day for Chris Jr. at Lebanon Valley Speedway!

Tonight is all about one thing — putting the 711C into tomorrow’s 50-LAP Sportsman feature!

Chris Jr. will hit the track tonight for hot laps and heat race action, with the LCS waiting if needed. The goal is simple: QUALIFY FOR SATURDAY! 🏁

Joining the Sportsman tonight will be the Pro Stocks, 358 Small Block Modifieds and Big Block Modifieds, so it’s going to be a BUSY night with plenty of racing action on The High Banks!
