🍂🔥 FALL DODGEBALL IS HERE! 🔥🍂

The Nutmeg Dodgeball Fall 2026 Season is officially coming in HOT! 🔴💥

This season, we’re bringing back the semi-draft format!!

👑 Each team will have TWO captains — one male and one female. Captains will help build their squads through the draft
🤝 New combinations. New rivalries. Same chaos.

📅 Wednesdays | September 23 – November 18
⏰ Games: 6:00–9:00 PM
📍 Middletown Recreation Center

💰 $50 — Middletown Residents
💰 $55 — Non-Middletown Residents

🏆 Congratulations to last week's champions, Jackson, TJ, and Greg, on taking home the most recent cash prize of the summer! 🏆

There will be no open gyms for the next 2 weeks, they will resume on September 2nd; and our Fall season will be starting on September 16th!

We’re back with our third annual Turkey Takedown!

Joylight Foam Bring Your Own Team 6 v 6 4:2 mixed ratio (minimum two female identifying players on the court at game start)

In the spirit of the holiday season we are looking to give back even more this year so we will not be doing a cash prize this time around and are in the process of looking to work with making a donation to a local cause.

We will this year be featuring an additional 1v1 tournament to take place during the seeding break! It will be an additional entry fee with a 50/50 pot with half of the pot going to the winner and the other half to be donated to a cause to later be named!

Five years ago today, Nutmeg Dodgeball was just getting started. Looking back at these photos and videos from our very first open gyms reminds us how far we’ve come.

Thank you to everyone who has thrown a ball, made a friend, volunteered, or supported us along the way. You made these last five years possible.

Here’s to five years of competitive dodgeball here in CT and to the memories that started it all. We hope to see everyone at our FREE OPEN GYM TOMORROW to celebrate and make some more
