This post is hard to post, but needed! We were given counsel early on to make sure we Trademark our branding which we have been working on. So in order to protect our brand and prevent consumer confusion tournament branding, we have finalized the preliminary requirements and will now be working through the rest of the process. Thursday Night Workin' Man's Bass Tournament owned at this time by DGG Tournaments for business branding and "Use in Commerce" purposes. At this time we ask that anyone using this phrase "Workin`Man’s Bass Tournament" must "cease and decist" from doing so.

We hope everyone understands that after the North Florida Bass Masters relinquished the tournament and sold DGG Tournaments the all equipment and Intellectual Property rights For the Thursday Night Workin Man's Bass Tournament.
