Through a spectrum of services, from specific supports to full event management Key Sports can create a unique program that fits your organization’s needs. The following are primary services that Key Sports provides for events:

Timing and scoring
Participants enjoy crossing a finish line and seeing their times on a clock. We can provide finishing times both in print at the event a

Shirts are a great way to advertise your organization/cause and showcase your event’s sponsors. From cotton shirts to tech t’s, short sleeve or long, we can help you decide what’s best for your participants. Awards
People like to be recognized for their achievements and successes. Medals and wall plaques are just two examples of awards we can help you create for your participants. Promotional Items
Promoting your event is key to increasing participation in your event. From towels to socks, water bottles to bags, we can design promo items to help spread the word about your event. We can walk you through the steps necessary to create a successful event. Event Management

The safety of our participants, race team, and volunteers always comes first. Due to thunder heard and lightning spotted in the area, this year’s Beavercreek Popcorn Festival 5K has been cancelled. We know this is disappointing, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we make the safest decision for everyone involved.

As a thank you for your support, all registered participants will receive a $5 discount when registration opens for next year’s event. Shirts and medals will be available at the Festival Information booth, weather permitting.

Good morning! We're monitoring the weather for the Beavercreek Popcorn Festival 5K. From now until 9am, there is a 30 minute delay every time thunder is heard or lightning is spotted. If either are present at 9am, the race will be cancelled per instruction from the festival. Packet pick up is open and you must pick up your shirt this morning. It will not be mailed or held for pick up.

As a race community, we see the power of coming together all the time. People gather to run, walk, volunteer, and cheer each other on, often to raise money for organizations and causes that make our communities stronger.
