Today I started a whole new chapter. 🥹🔑🏡

Today, I officially became a LANDLORD and closed on my very first investment property!

This is something I set out to do from the day I moved to Miami, and I can’t believe the day is finally here. What was once just a goal written down and a vision I had for my life is now REAL.

One step closer to the life I’ve always dreamed of. One step closer to the freedom I’ve worked so hard for. And one more reminder that the life you want is built one decision, one sacrifice, one scary leap, and one bold move at a time.

There were so many moments when I didn’t know exactly how everything would come together - I just knew I had to keep going. Keep believing. Keep betting on myself. And keep becoming the woman capable of creating the life I once only dreamed about.

This isn’t just about owning a property. It’s about building wealth, creating freedom, expanding what’s possible for my future, and proving to myself that I can do hard things.

37 is already looking REAL good. 💅🏽✨

And I cannot end this without saying THANK YOU to my amazing agent and friend. 🥹❤️ Thank you for answering my billions of questions at all hours - from 4 AM on the treadmills to God knows what time 😂 - for your patience, your honesty, and for supporting me every step of the way.
