I will never forget these days, starting the mornings with the sea and sunrise, listening to the sounds of the singing bowls, the ocean, and meeting new people and new cultures daily 🌀

There is nothing constant about living on the ocean, everything changes quickly - people, places, experiences. When there is no solid ground beneath my feet, I’m learning quite viscerally what it means to surrender to the waves of life and impermanence. What keeps me steady and balanced, is meditating on the stillness that’s found within ✨🌊

A few weeks ago I transferred ships from MSC Merviglia to MSC World America 🛳️🌊

Here I’m holding wellness sessions - yoga, pilates, meditations and sound healings on the open promenade and it has been nothing less than beautiful so far 🌅
