They say behind every great man are some really freaking cool parents! Well here at Back Hollow Running Company we're a small little family run business trying to bring you the best race weekend experience we can! This experience wouldn't be possible without the two best parents a man could ask for! They're up before the crack of dawn on Race Day, they're here all week setting up, they make sure everyone is getting their swag at packet pickup, and they make sure I actually eat food and take breaks while the events are happening! Today's post is about the people behind the scenes, without whom, these races wouldn't be nearly as possible to pull off! If you see them say Hi! Canaan Valley Trail Run The Canaan Valley Trail Run is on Saturday June 27, 2026. It includes the following events: Canaan Valley Trail Run 5.9 Mile and Canaan Valley Trail Run 11.8 Mile.

***UPDATE we had a timing/lap issue that was brought to our attention. The Top female finishers for the 11.8 distance have been updated!!
