Week 10 peppers update: I’ve been on 400mg CJC1295 (no DAC) + 300mg Ipamorelin 2x/day for the past 5 weeks and these are my thoughts.
Because of the lack of human trials and peer reviewed evidence on peps the best we can do is dutifully share and learn from others experience.
I’ve been extremely locked in with my lifestyle (nutrition, diet, sleep, injection schedule, lifting, rest days, etc) and so make no mistake that has done 80% of the progress.
But the constant linear improvement in strength over the past 5 weeks is not normal, and that’s something I feel like I can directly attribute to the exogenous substances I’m using.
NFA. not medical advice. DYOR. Talk to your doctor. Etc

I miss golf.
6 weeks since I had surgery for a torn meniscus and this is a full progress update!
Day 35, swimming makes its return to the activity load. I love swimming because it’s got 0 loaf/stress on my knee (& lower back), it’s the easiest form of endurance exercise to raise heart rate, and it’s got the most unique connection to breathwork as you need to pace your breathing.
I’m going to be progressing my laps at 4 lap intervals, slowly increasing how many laps per clip (set) I do.
I started at 12 laps w/ 4 a clip.
Then 16 laps @ 4 a clip.
Today was 20 laps @ 5 a clip.
If I keep this pace I’ll be at a mile in laps in around 12 more sessions. Which if I swim 2-3x a week will take me at most 2 months.
90% of improvement is showing up. The other 10% is not fu***ng it up once you get there.
There’s no hero’s in being aggressive with your progressions. A house is built brick by brick, and the body is no different
On day 33, the Lord proclaimed, “I have healed ye knee. Go forth and wack golf balls.” And so fate was decided. I went to the range. The sun was out. The course was empty. The butterflies were in my stomach. Just me and the sticks.
What a beautiful feeling to return to the game.
Day 31 rehabbing from meniscectomy
Rehab is getting to a point where it’s way more about strength, endurance, and load management and less about post op recovery.
We split up my rehab into 2 days (A/B) so I’ll show you the second day here soon
DAY 21: a message from the heart. Thank you! 🙏
