n and certifications, which include being a I.S.S.A. Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Physical Trainer and I.A.A.F. I have more than twenty years of experience in health and fitness. In addition, I enjoy teaching my clients how to take control of their bodies and how to take control of their lives. I have many years of experience working as a physical education teacher in both the elementary and secondary levels. I also have extensively studied in the area of track and field. One of the most important courses I have completed has lead me to become a member and coach at Level I and II in the International Amateur Athletics Federation (I.A.A.F.). Other experiences include employment as a coach in clubs, schools, universities and the Peruvian NAVY. While employed as a coach I have had many achievements and championships. Also, I have had experience as an athlete in high school and college and have had the opportunity to become National champion at the club level as well as to have the pride to represent the National Team of my Country in international competitions as an Athlete.
