My dear friend and GG member fashion designer extraordinaire, Kirsten , is working on an amazing costume design project and stopped by the gym for some feedback and inspiration.
One of the things I love most about our community is that our clients see the gym as more than just a place to train. It’s a place where ideas are shared, creativity grows, friendships are built, and people inspire each other.
The best gyms don’t just build stronger bodies — they build stronger connections. 💪

A lot can be accomplished in 4 months with the right minset, consistency, the proper nutrition, guidance and training. Nothing fancy just simple basic exercise. No PED's (performance enhancing drugs) just youth and hard work. Great job kid, very proud of you.

DB Walking Lunges — Simple, Brutal, Effective 🔥
Walking lunges are one of the best movements for building strong, athletic glutes because they train strength and function.
✔️ Deep glute stretch — the long stride places the glutes under tension where growth happens
✔️ Single-leg strength — fixes imbalances and builds stability
✔️ Glute + hamstring dominance — teaches the hips to drive the movement, not just the quads
✔️ Core & balance — every step forces total-body control
✔️ Athletic carryover — improves running, jumping, climbing, and everyday performance
The key:
➡️ Longer stride
➡️ Slight forward torso lean
➡️ Drive through the front heel
➡️ Control every rep
Strength isn’t just built standing still. Sometimes you have to move with it.
Never Given. Always Earned.
