Real men do Pilates!💪 Another new exercise for George last week. Rowing from the Hip to work on core control and posture into flexion and back to neutral. The springs support the lumbar mobility into flexion while offering resistance and reciprocal inhibition.
Hamstrings, posterior chain, and shoulders are also gaining mobility. George always exercises the Pilates principle of Concentration, 🙌 this is Contrology!
