Here's your sign! We are back open tomorrow!
Just a reminder that we will be closed mon, tue and wed this week. The good news is the landlord gave me his word that this is the last time and that they are bringing in special equipment if it's wet. Trying to do the park is just more trouble then it's worth. Just not enough people wanting to be out there. I know this is a hassle for all the members and even us coaches. My hands are kinda tied on this one. Just please be as apologetic to the members and assure them that once this is down there will be no more closes like this again. I hope to a confirmation sometime today. Not going to post anything until he's 100% sure. Sorry guys.

Where Do I Put This Damn Lacrosse Ball?
So you got your lacrosse ball ready, and you're dead set on using it to roll out all of those gunky areas no matter how uncomfortable you know it's going to feel. You lay the ball on the ground, lie back on it, and then start to squirm around like a fish out of water.
