Masters Program here I come! University of Cincinnati I’m proud and grateful for the opportunity to be officially starting my Master of Science in Exercise Science at the University of Cincinnati. I’m a bearcat! Let’s go!

This has been a long time coming. Between a slammed personal training schedule, coaching classes at Stunna’s Fit , and chasing my own goals in the gym and in life, it would’ve been easy to tell myself I don’t have time for school right now. But knowledge in this field never stops moving. New research, new methods, new ways to keep people helping people get stronger and healthier for longer. If I want to keep giving my clients the best version of me, I have to keep learning too.
It’s never too late to go after something like this, EVER. I’m not 22 anymore. I’ve got a business to run, a family, and a full schedule. But that’s exactly why I’m doing it now. Growth doesn’t wait for the “perfect time.” You make the time.
Everything I learn in this program is going straight back into my coaching. Every session, every class, every client program I build. This isn’t knowledge for a degree in a wall. It’s knowledge that’s going to show up in how I coach, how I program, how I help people move better and live better.

Bringing the springs back out 🐰 This is your sign that age and injuries DO NOT define your abilities. I’ve dealt with countless injuries and multiple surgeries, ones they told me I’d never be the same.. and they were right, IM BETTER! Once an athlete, always an athlete… but you can also TRAIN TO BE ATHLETIC. Set your fitness goals, hire A PROFESSIONAL to help get you there, and reap the benefits 💪🏼

Dislocated Finger
Broken Toe
Elbow Bursa Sac Ruptured
Fractured Skull
4 Cortisone Shots on ONE Shoulder
Countless sprained ankles
and I’m probably missing a few things…

And now at 35 years old I’m not walking around with body aches the way I hear most people complaining. Am I super human? NO. What I am doing is consistently exercising and including the RIGHT kind of training in order to keep making progress and keep improving in every area of fitness.
This can apply to anyone. Do yourself a favor and find a physical therapist with a modern way of thinking and a strength and conditioning coach that’s prepared and KNOWLEDGEABLE enough to get you back to speed.
