Finally got the home gym setup dialed in.

Smith machine, cables, Flex Arms and enough versatility to get pretty much everything done without leaving the garage.

Excited to keep putting this setup to work through the next training block.

Some races you don’t win you just keep refusing to quit

The race I DNF’d last November was a nutrition failure. So was today, in a different way, sick before the swim was over, empty from there on.

Olympic distance. 2:31. 2nd age group, 12th overall, on nothing.

Ten weeks and it's back to Florida. Better to learn in August.
