Over the last 5 years working with athletes across different levels of competition, we kept seeing the same pattern — talented athletes weren’t only struggling physically. They were struggling emotionally underneath the surface of performance. And most had never been given real tools to navigate it.
One difficult performance turns into two. Confidence starts fluctuating. Mistakes linger longer than they should. Overthinking increases. Athletes begin tightening up, second-guessing themselves, and emotionally carrying performances far beyond the game itself
We’ve spent the last few months building with .co
The Pressure Reset™ is a 4-week athlete performance digital program designed to help athletes regulate pressure more effectively, rebuild self-trust, recover mentally faster after setbacks, and develop greater emotional stability under stress.
This is for athletes who care deeply, compete hard, and know they’re capable of more — but feel mentally affected by pressure, inconsistency, overthinking, or confidence crashes.
Founding Athlete Cohort begins July 2026.

Most players are taught technique. Not all are taught how to construct a point.
You can have a clean forehand, a solid backhand, and still lose to someone “less talented” because they understand something you don’t:
Points aren’t won in one shot. They’re built through sequences.
High-level players don’t play random tennis. They recognize positioning, patterns, openings, momentum shifts and when to build vs. attack. Then they execute intentionally.
Without pattern recognition, you overhit. You rush. You panic. You force winners too early. Pressure builds without a clear game plan.
With it? You simplify decisions. You stay composed. You construct points around your strengths.
Reactive players chase rallies. Intentional players shape them.
