This is my go-to Starbucks coffee when I’m trying to lose weight.

Venti cold brew
1 pump brown sugar
3 pumps sugar-free vanilla
Whole milk
Light ice

Just 80 calories.

One of the biggest things that helped me lose over 60 lbs was finding lower-calorie versions of the foods and drinks I already loved instead of cutting them out completely.

When I’m eating out, I use MenuFit - Eating Out Healthy to quickly find menu items that fit my calorie and protein goals without having to guess. Try it free with code ALINA at https://menufitapp.com/

One of my last routines before the Miami move!!

I’m taking a short break from posting while I get settled and plan out the content I want to make.

When I’m back, I’ll be sharing my 6-week reset, running journey, workouts, and a lot more fitness content that I’m really excited about.

I’ve also been using the Ulike Global ReGlow LED Mask as part of my nighttime routine.

It has four light therapy modes to help with acne, dullness, fine lines, and overall skin health, and it’s become such an easy habit because I can wear it while I relax before bed!

I’ve lost over 60 lbs, and finding simple, high-protein meals like this was a huge part of making that possible.

Grilled chicken sandwich
5-count grilled nuggets
Coke Zero

460 calories
44g protein

It’s filling, high in protein, and proves you don’t have to stop eating at your favorite restaurants to lose weight.

This is one of my favorite Taco Bell orders for fat loss.

Chicken Cantina Bowl
Extra chicken
Half rice
Extra lettuce
No beans
No avocado ranch sauce

390 calories
36g protein

One of the biggest things that helped me lose over 60 lbs was realizing I didn’t have to stop eating fast food. I just had to find meals that fit my calorie and protein goals.

This order is filling, high in protein, and keeps me satisfied for hours.

My first 10k in 3 months!

I want to be a runner really bad day 25.

I had a long break in my running before getting back into it at the beginning of June and it’s been a really slow process.

A month ago I could barely run 5k, and finally I’m back up to 10k.

I’m definitely not nearly as fast as I was pre-injury, but I’m happy I’m improving!

For a long time I thought fitness had to take up every corner of my life. Every thought, every routine, every decision. And for a while, it felt like the only way to make progress was to give more, do more, be more.

But somewhere along the way, I realized that fitness was never meant to consume me. It’s supposed to support me. It should add strength, confidence, structure, and discipline, not stress, guilt, or isolation.

Your workouts should make your life bigger, not smaller.
Your goals should inspire you, not drain you.
And the gym should be a part of your life… not the whole thing.

Learning to step back, breathe, and actually live outside of training has been one of the healthiest shifts I’ve ever made. You are allowed to have hobbies, relationships, rest days, messy days, and real life moments that have nothing to do with macros or steps or progress photos.

Fitness is a tool, it doesn’t have to be your whole identity.
And when you finally stop letting it take from your life… it starts giving you so much more.

1 week done, 5 to go!

A few things to note that are different than last cut:
- I’m looking at weekly averages instead of daily (weight, steps, intake)
- I am eating at maintenance (~2500) on my long run days, and just before/after my period starts
- my goal is to lose weight, but I have no specific goal weight

Can’t wait to see where I end up!
